1. Our Patent Portfolio
Absorb Blue Inc. has developed a series of novel methods for building learning agents through EKU-based systematization and management of especially advanced and advancing knowledge fields. Unlike raw "language models" that rely solely on statistical probability, our Artificial Professors utilize technologies that are rooted in a new paradigm of knowledge modelling and deploy ontologies of Elementary Knowledge Units (EKUs) ultimately to provide advantageous paths for achieving key pedagogical goals and enable efficient and adaptive learning pathways.
In accordance with 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), this page serves as notice of the following Absorb Blue Inc. patents.

3. Copyright and User Interface Design
The "look and feel" of the Absorb Blue and Artificial Professor platforms (including user interfaces, progress visualizations, and the specific arrangement of the Artificial Professor dashboards) constitutes the proprietary trade dress of Absorb Blue Inc.
Furthermore, the specific arrangement of EKUs within our proprietary EKU constellations is a protectable compilation under U.S. and international copyright law. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or "cloning" of our constellation structures or EKU relationships is strictly prohibited.
